Ladies, let's get a little zesty! It's not only zesty, but it's healthy. Well as a health coach you try a variety of dishes and here is one that I tossed up for my hubby. I'm not a chicken eater, but he is so I added chicken to his salad.

Salads are so easy to make and they are healthy to say the least. If we want to keep our weigh down adding a salad to every meal will help, flush the pounds. The great thing about making a salad is that you, can put whatever you want in the. One thing that I would suggest is that you make your own dressing. Many dressings have a lot of sugars and preservatives.

Okay, so here is what I did I made a "Creamy Peanut Ginger Dressing". When I tell you that it was delicious. It was delicious! Ladies, make your own creation and do it with love. Below are the ingredients. Give it a Toss today! #HealthyEating #HealthyLiving #LiveWell #BeWell
